The Story behind Olivo Taco

We started as a local Middle-eastern, Mexican, and Latin-infused restaurant, located in Rockford Illinois. We cared greatly for our customers and the food that we offered. We were known for our famous tacos. A couple of years down the line, we saw that the customer's main focus was the tacos. We had critiques come in and give us positive feedback.

More importantly, our customers were letting us know that the tacos were the best thing they’d ever tried. This was when we came to the conclusion that our tacos were our number one priority in serving our customers. Today, we have Taco carts around Rockford, Belvidere, Freeport, Loves Park, Gilman, Forest Plaza, but are well-known all over Chicago and Las Vegas.
